Accommodations
For social gathering and celebrations are benches, picnic tables, fire pits along the sea shore and a wharf to tie a boat or to fish from. All cottages and motel rooms have free access to WiFi internet service and free parking.
Along with a variety of native trees, fruits trees and flowery bushes there is over 1000 ft. of walkway along the sea shore protected by a wall of rock from the stormy waves of the Atlantic Ocean. To go swimming, canoeing, boating, scuba diving or to collect sea shells there are strips of sandy beaches going into the water. For families with young children, there is a playground with sand, toys, a swing bridge and slide.
Ground games and a seawater pool complement some of the recreational time on site. Within a 10 minutes drive there are two shopping malls with a variety of stores. Across the road from Bay Breeze for outdoors physical activity lovers there is the renowned 32 km. St Margaret’s Bay Trail. For the fishing lovers it is a short walk to the recreational Gov. ocean fishing wharf and picnic park. BBQ fresh fish or squid can be a new tasty experience. The mattresses are factory chiropractic, furnishings in all accommodations are maintained simple and relatively free of foams to minimize the absorption of moisture from the humid sea air.
Oceanfront Cottages
There are one and two bedroom oceanfront cottages at ground level and easily accessible. Each cottage has its own waterfront deck with BBQ, table, bench and fire pit along the shore.
Poolside Motel
There are eight motel rooms across the driveway from the sea water pool, and playground. Each room has two double beds, private bath room with accessories, electric heat, ceiling fan, fridge, radio, TV.
Oceanfront Motel
This motel is alongside the oceanfront cottages and it is surrounded by native trees, fruit trees, flower bushes and grape vines with Concord black grapes in the fall.
Oceanfront Cottages
There are one and two bedroom oceanfront cottages at ground level and easily accessible. Each cottage has its own waterfront deck with BBQ, table, bench and fire pit along the shore. The cottages come with bedding, linen, bathroom and kitchen accessories, a full bath with shower and tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutleries, pots, pans, dishes and electric appliances for preparing and serving your favorite meals.
The living, dining and kitchen are open area concept with wall TV, radio, and free use of WiFi internet service and free parking. Some cottages have carpet floors, others laminated wood or a blend of both. The beds sizes (Q, Dbl, S) and beds arrangements are done upon requests. Some cottages can accommodate up to 6 persons per cottage and some up to 4 persons per cottage. The cottages with one bedroom could have 2 dbl beds or 1 Queen.
The honeymoon cottage suite is on a private outdoor setting with patio table, chairs, BBQ and an impressive water view of both the Bay and the Atlantic. It has an well-equipped electric kitchen with dining table, Queen bed, large armchairs, a double size Jacuzzi, bath with shower, DVD, fireplace, movies, ceiling fan, air cond., free WiFi internet and parking.
Cottages booking is for a minimum of three nights stay (Two nights if available). The nightly rate for One bedroom is $224 / night; for Two bedrooms it ranges from $278 to $325 / night and the honeymoon suite is $298 / night before tax with 10% less to former guests, 15% off for 7 nights stay. Further discounts are applied for longer stays than one week. No discounts for long weekend holidays bookings.

Poolside Motel
There are eight motel rooms across the driveway from the sea water pool, and playground. The floors have ceramic tile, or laminated wood. All the rooms have access to a common BBQ and common picnic table between the pool and the playground.
The nightly rate per room ranges from $112 to $128, before tax.

Oceanfront Motel
This motel is alongside the oceanfront cottages and it is surrounded by native trees, fruit trees, flower bushes and grape vines with Concord black grapes in the fall. All units have air conditioning, full private bath with accessories, wall TV, radio, floors are ceramic tiles and two with laminated wood. Some of the units have one Q bed and others have two double beds.
There are four motel rooms each with a microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker, coffee, cream, sugar and cookies to help relax and enjoy a cup of fresh coffee while watching the sea activities or the sun rise in the morning from the waterfront private patio.
The suites are equipped with electric kitchenette appliances, cupboards with pots, pans, dishes, cutleries to prepare or to serve meals indoor on the dining table or on the outdoor private waterfront patio and enjoy the scenery
The nightly rates for the Oceanfront Motel ranges from $139 to $164 before tax with 4%discount for 3 nights stay, 8% for 7 nights stay; and higher discounts for longer stays.
